The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantrategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
